Why Kat?

She passionate about helping people carve out the business and life that works for them.

Kat has been working as a professional coach since 2003. She has supported people, within a corporate setting and as a freelance coach, to work through their goals and achieve things they didn’t believe possible. Kat has a talent for helping people realise their creative direction and revels in the success of others.

How does it work?

You can book a one off session to work on a specific task or in discounted blocks of three for longer term projects. Calls are held online and last an hour and thirty minutes and you will have a recording afterwards to refer back to.

If you’re interested in working with Kat, the first step is to click APPLY NOW below and give Kat an overview of what it is you want to work on, how you see that fitting in as coaching or mentoring and when you would like to begin as well as your general availability. From there you will have a ten minute call with Kat to discuss your needs and establish if you’d like to go ahead and book in.

What does it cost?

Single sessions are £175 each and block booked sessions are £150 each (£450 total) which can be paid in installments if needed.

Which is Best For Me?

Coaching

Coaching is a process which helps you to set goals, create plans and execute them. The direction and solutions should come from you with the support of your coach. Coaching is about supporting you to set the vision and move forwards with it one step at a time.

Mentoring

Mentoring is a relationship with someone who has experience or knowledge in a field you want to succeed in but lack experience. There may be elements of coaching alongside advice and support in developing your career and connections within the industry.
